Catalu\u00f1a se constituye como la \u00fanica instancia aut\u00f3noma extrajudicial en los conflictos laborales que se produzcan en Catalu\u00f1a, de acuerdo con el art\u00edculo 83.3 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores y en virtud del Acuerdo Interprofesional de Catalu\u00f1a firmado por los agentes sociales (patronales y sindicatos) m\u00e1s representativos en Catalu\u00f1a el d\u00eda 7 de noviembre de 1990.
